v2.2.1 support auto convert 1。3 to 1.3.

- support auto convert 1。3 to 1.3.
This feature is enabled by default.
  To turn off this feature,

    (setq zero-input-auto-fix-dot-between-numbers nil)

- bugfix: should call (zero-input-pinyin-register-im) once when the code
  is moved into a function.
