master thread doesn't wait for forked threads

implementation to do proper shutdown.

it can be used to wait threads to complete.

that TaskQueue implementation is only for experimenting, not for
production work.

Chan doesn't have join operation, need to find another thread-safe queue
implementation.

it works as expected, the output are all messed up.
